Unveiled Mysteries – Meeting The Master – Ch.1 Notes

I’ve been reading Unveiled Mysteries by Godfré Ray King. These are my notes on chapter one – Meeting The Master.

Godfré Ray King walks in the forest on Mt.Shasta, and meets a hiker who turns out to be the Ascended Master,Saint Germain.

Saint Germain teaches Godfré Ray King about reincarnation and transports him to a past life in France when he was a French female singer.

During this experience his body is protected by a white flame.

Unveiled Mysteries (Saint Germain Series; Vol 1)

There’s a lesson about karma.

Next there’s a review of a past life lived in Egypt… in Luxor, at a very ancient temple that antedated the Temple of Luxor ruins known today. A priest directs a ray at evil-intentioned people and they drop dead but the priest is protected because he was trying to protect “the highest of God’s Gifts to the Temple of Life.”

The intention of desire is explained –

“Constructive Desire is the expanding activity within Life for it is only in this way that greater and greater ideas, activity, and accomplishment are pushed through into expression in the outer world of substance and form. Within every Right Desire is the power of its fulfillment….It is the function of the outer activity of the intellect to guide all expansion into constructive channels. This is the purpose and duty of the outer self….All desire directed by Wisdom carries some kind of blessing to the rest of creation.”

The next time Godfré Ray King was asked to meet Saint Germain on the mountain, a panther was there. He conquered the panther with love, and then Saint Germain came to give him some cakes to eat. They awakened his consciousness…

I’m keeping these notes to remind myself of what I read in the book. I also hope these notes may inspire others with the desire to read this amazing and inspiring book: Unveiled Mysteries (Saint Germain Series; Vol 1).

Kundalini Guided Meditation Chakra Healing

Kundalini Meditation: Guided Chakra Practices to Activate the Energy of Awakening

A few days ago I bought Kundalini Meditation: Guided Chakra Practices to Activate the Energy of Awakening, an audio file available for download at Audible, and a CD you can buy via Amazon. The first half is an explanation of the chakra system. The narrator tells what each chakra governs and what elements they represent. Starting from the first chakra at the base of the spine, the elements are earth, water, fire, air, and ether. After that, things get more spiritual, for the sixth, seventh, and eighth chakra. He says the aura is the eighth chakra.

The second half of the audio is a healing session with his voice and the sound of the gong, which is constant. I have used it only once so far but will revisit. Perhaps once weekly would be plenty. This session is intended to open and attune all chakras for the full blessing of a balanced spiritual and emotional life. I can’t say if there’s going to be a long term effect – I can only hope so! But it is like washing your hands… you have to do it more than once. A regular chakra clearing schedule would be most beneficial.

I can tell you that yesterday was an emotionally difficult day for me and that after the chakra clearing session I felt a lot better, and more balanced about my feelings and my intentions for life. I didn’t feel a full awakening of my kundalini however maybe next time it will happen. I expect that when chakras need clearing it takes some time and effort to get to the stage of a kundalini meditation experience.

Quote

To Light a Thousand Lamps

“None have exerted so profound an influence on the destiny of the human race as have the Illumined Ones — those who, on reaching omniscience, the bliss of nirvana, turn back from the heights to live in the foothills with their younger brothers still struggling in ignorance and confusion. Exemplars of the love they have generated over the aeons for all living beings, they belong to the sacred hierarchy of light and their sacrifice remains a beacon in the darkness of our lives.”

– Grace F. Knoche, from To Light a Thousand Lamps: A Theosophic Vision, chapter 12
